The thing is very useful and interesting, I’ll write about it a little later. All the tools are located at the top of the screen. A line below, on a black background, are the instrument settings. I'll tell you briefly about everyone.
The settings panel presents two types of arrows (regular and dotted) and a palette of colors. The dotted arrow bends slightly.
Unfortunately, the text size cannot be changed. There are three fonts to choose from: Arial, Georgia and Comic Sans. You can add a black, white background for the text, or do it without it. The color palette is the same everywhere.

To be honest, I liked the marker the least of all. Although you can adjust the thickness here, it is not enough and I would like more. What is still missing is the ability to draw a straight line, for example, if you need to highlight text. For now, everything turns out too crooked and clumsy. Moreover, nature has not protected everyone with its hands, like surgeons...
Blur
Interesting tool. Thanks to it, you can stylishly remove unwanted elements from an image, while they are not completely removed, but leave signs of existence and some mystery. A striking example of use is to blur personal data included in a screenshot.
Select with the mouse the area of the image that you want to leave and click “Apply” in the settings panel. Everything else will be deleted.
Scale
Click on the plus and minus icons to enlarge and reduce the screenshot, respectively.
All of the above elements can be moved and edited. To do this, click on the arrow, for example. A frame will appear that you can move and stretch.
For greater convenience, the editor provides hotkeys. The main thing is to remember the command Ctrl+Z - undo the last action. She is the one who is needed most often.
The first group of commands, “Creating screenshots,” is additionally duplicated in the Yandex.Disk menu. Right-click the Disk thumbnail. In the menu that opens, select “Screenshots”, and then select the desired option.
There is a command in the same menu "Open file in editor". It makes it possible to upload absolutely any image and edit it using Yandex tools.
In Yandex.Disk settings you can disable automatic keystroke interception PrntScrn.
To do this, in the screenshots tab, uncheck the “intercept system keyboard shortcuts” box. Here you can also assign your own keyboard shortcuts for commands.

Possibilities

Screenshots are saved in the “Screenshots” folder on Yandex Disk. To ensure that images, as well as other files, do not take up space on your hard drive, you need to uncheck the “Save on computer” option in the settings. And check “Save to Cloud”.
