• Enter all required card information. Now you can replenish the payment system, but you cannot withdraw funds from it.
• To withdraw funds, you must link your bank account by clicking on the appropriate button.

Please note, there can only be one. In most cases, we choose a Personal PayPal account. In the future, if the need arises, it can be upgraded to corporate by carrying out a number of procedures from the profile - you need to click on the gear and select Upgrade, and then enter the data of your organization. But it will be impossible to return to the original status.

We select a country that cannot be changed, enter an email address that is valid only for one account, and come up with a password. If you want to have several accounts, they must have different e-mails.

The password can be changed in the future by going to the PayPal website and going to the Login menu and selecting the appropriate item. You can change your email address by going to your profile settings.

A PayPal registration form will appear, where we enter personal data and your address. Since not all online stores support Unicode and to avoid difficulties when receiving goods, I filled out the form using translit, I advise you to use the translit.net service. Be sure to provide only real data.

In the future, the email address must be confirmed, which is already done in your personal account. Click on the Update button next to the email line and the message will be sent. Go to your email and follow the link and enter your account password. The icon will change its color and become green, like in my picture.

As you can see, there is nothing complicated.

If in the future the account needs to be closed and deleted, make sure that there are no balances on the PayPal account and no restrictions on the part of the company. Once deleted, you will no longer be able to restore it and all operations will be erased. To do this, go to the website, click on the gear at the top, select the Account Parameters section and at the bottom there will be a line Close account. Also, if necessary, we change the address, email, phone number here.

Linking a card to a PayPal account

For security purposes and to avoid fraud, you need to link your card to PayPal and confirm it. For this procedure, the amount is blocked in the amount of $1.95 or, like mine, 1.5 euros. The statement can be viewed in Internet banking or asked to be provided at the bank. For me it looked like PP7425CODE>*****>LU, which means the security code is 4 digits - 7425. Make sure that the specified amount was present on the card account, otherwise the request will be rejected.

The amount is not written off or disappears, it will return back to the card within a few days, usually no more than 5 days, but there are exceptions - you have to wait a month, depending on who the issuing bank is.

You will be immediately prompted to link it when registering with PayPal, but this operation can be postponed and done later by logging into your account and clicking on the Account button (Wallet) and selecting Add a card (Link a card).

You need a debit or credit bank card - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro. Since it is officially registered, any cards from issuing banks of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation must be linked. If this does not work, check whether the operation function abroad and on the Internet is enabled. Or contact your bank branch.

Remember, each account must have its own card and you cannot link it to another account.
I added a Belarusbank Visa Classic card, everything went without problems.

To do this, select the type, enter its twelve-digit number, expiration date and CSC (security) code, which you can look at on the back of the card and consists of three digits.

Paypal conclusion

Only clients from Russia can withdraw money to a bank account. For Belarus and Ukraine there is no such possibility at the moment. Once a withdrawal request has been made, there is no way to cancel this action.

First you need to link your bank account to your profile and confirm it.

• Go to your account and click on Account at the top.
• The Add Bank Account button will appear.
• We enter information about the personal bank account in Russian.

After this, the system will send two small amounts to him, about 1 ruble. These exact amounts must be indicated to confirm account ownership.

Follow the withdrawal limits, which can be viewed in your account. The minimum amount for transfer in foreign currency is 10 US dollars. There are no restrictions in rubles. The money sent is credited within 2-7 days.

Paypal commissions

PayPal charges a commission for the following transactions:

2. Money transfer using a linked bank card,
3. When receiving an international payment,
4. When performing transactions where one currency is converted into another.

When transferring to another person, no commission is paid if the transaction occurs from the internal account of the Paypal service. If it is carried out using an added card, then the commission will be from 2.9% to 3.9% plus another 10 rubles. This commission is paid by the sender.

There is no commission to receive, provided you are in the same country as the sender. If you receive a payment from other countries, the company will charge a commission. If the sending currency is different from the invoice currency, it will be converted and you will also have to pay for it.

The company does not impose additional fees for:

• Purchasing goods in online stores,
• When withdrawing money from your account to a bank account.

• By clicking on the link above, you will be taken to the Russian version of the official PayPal website, or, more precisely, to the registration page. First of all, we need to select the type of wallet we want to open. In my case it will be a personal account. If, for example, you have your own online store and want to accept payments using PayPal, then you need to select a corporate account. Have you chosen? Click “Continue” and move on.

• We fill out a small form in which we indicate the country, work email address and come up with a password, after which we click the “Continue” button.

• We are again greeted by a form, but only with a larger number of fields, in which we indicate our first name, last name, place of residence, etc. (see screenshot below). The main thing is to enter truthful information. Phone number must also be working, because it will be used when creating account. Have you filled in all the fields? Click on “Accept and Continue”.

• At this step we add our bank card. We indicate the number, expiration date and CSC number of the card. It is also possible to change the payment address that you indicated a minute earlier.

• Have you indicated everything that is asked of us? Click the “Add card” button and voila you are the happy owner of an electronic wallet in the payment PayPal system.

5. In principle, your account has already been created, you will be immediately asked to add the card to your PayPal account. You can enter the card details later (if you don’t have the card at hand). You are already authorized on the site and can use your PayPal account. Don’t forget to check your mail and confirm your email, you will receive complete instructions there (usually the letter contains a link and an activation code that you need to enter on the PayPal website or an Activate button that automatically activates everything)

If you have a Visa/MasterCard/Maestro card in your hands, then enter 16 digits of the bank card number, then just below enter 2 digits month and 2 digits year (card expiration date, i.e. how long your card is valid for, information is on the front side your card).
On the back of your card there is a CCV/CCV2 code, it is located on the side of the magnetic strip, where the signature field is and consists of three numbers, enter it in the appropriate field in the form to add a card. And if everything is correct, click the Add card button (to skip this step, under the add button there is a link that says “skip now”)

6. In general, if you have added a card, a congratulations page will open in front of you and at the top there will be an “Account” button for logging into your account, just click on it and your personal page will open in front of you, your PayPal profile:

But that's not all, if you added a card, this does not mean that you linked it to your PayPal account. Now that you have filled out the form, you need to link your card to your PayPal account. To do this, go to the Account section (the button at the top of your account):

8. You will see a page where you can add, delete and edit your linked cards. If your card has not yet been added, then click the “Add card” button, but if the card has already been added, then at the bottom of the page go to the “Classic interface” (below we will tell you why).
In general, the best way to confirm your account is by clicking on the card icon on this page and then a button to confirm the card appears (at the moment this method does not work, so write in the comments if such an opportunity has already appeared)

First, select the type of your card (Visa/Mastercard/Maestro), enter the card number, then the expiration date of the card (month and year, for example 05/19, these numbers are on the front side of your card), then enter the CCV/CCV2 code, which is located on the back of your card, on the magnetic stripe side, where the signature is (3 digits):

9. After clicking on the “Classic Interface” button, you will have the opportunity to link your added card to your PayPal account. The nuance is that this is an updated stick design and there is no “Link and confirm card” button (perhaps it will be added soon), so you need to go to the classic interface. (this button is located at the bottom of the "Account" page, as shown in the picture above)
On the right side of the classic interface menu, open the “My Funds” tab, your added card will be there, next to which you need to click the “Update” button:
