1. Download the required text message (see below) for "Trombone-PU-4" and "Trombone-PU-8" - 25-30 seconds; for "Trombone-PU-M" - 9 sec.

2. Using a special TROMBONE-KSM matching microphone cable, connect the output sound card computer with a microphone input "Trombone-PU-XX".

3. Open the desired audio file on the computer in the media player menu and click virtual button"STOP".

4. On the control device, according to the operating instructions, turn on the recording mode to the sound processor. At the same time, on the computer, in the media player window, press the virtual button "PLAYBACK".

5. At the end of the recording, switch the control device to standby mode. Press the STOP button on your computer's media player.

This version of the module for sending SMS-messages supports work with industrial modems of domestic production - iRZ TU32, replacing the discontinued Airlink GL6110 modems manufactured by the American company Sierra Wireless. At the same time, full backward compatibility with previously delivered models is preserved, which guarantees the protection of previously invested investments.

Functional updates

In addition to the main one, the system implements an auxiliary algorithm for processing notifications by priorities. In contrast to the main mode, where the priority of the subscriber determines the sequence of his calls within the notification attempt, the additional algorithm determines the sequence of calls within the entire session. So, the system will try to call the priority subscriber until the limit of allowed attempts is exhausted, and only then will it switch to calling the subscriber with a lower priority. The auxiliary algorithm is interesting in situations where it is important not to notify the maximum number of subscribers, but to bring information to officials in order of priority.

In addition to the automatic synthesis of voice messages in Russian, it became possible to announce in the Kazakh language the voice of Asel (Asel) produced by the CTC. Localization of the interface and the ability to send SMS messages in the Kazakh language are currently not provided.

In Rupor 1.5, the possibilities for configuring the parameters of interaction with voice GSM gateways of third-party manufacturers have been expanded, taking into account the individual characteristics of their telephone interfaces.

2017: Rupor.BLITZ

A system designed for prompt delivery of voice and text information messages, as well as conducting mass surveys in an interactive form in automatic mode through various communication channels.

The Rupor.BLITZ software is included in the Unified Register of Russian Programs for Electronic Computers and Databases of the Ministry of Communications (Reg. N1959).

2015: Release "Speaker II"

The transition of the notification to the “Notified by SMS” status now occurs only after receiving a “delivery report” from the SMS center of the telecom operator, which maintains confidence in the delivery of information to the subscriber.

If, after notification by SMS, the "delivery report" from the SMS center of the telecom operator does not arrive, you can restart the notification in manual mode. Adjustment of the allowed waiting time for the "delivery report" and the number of sending attempts are now included in the advanced settings.

The report form has been redesigned, visualization in the web interface has been improved. The report expands the list of intermediate statuses for notification by phone and SMS for each subscriber, which allows you to control the progress of the notification with high detail. This release of "Rupor II" has increased the speed and stability of the software, including in the mode of integration with third-party information systems, and support for working with the HASP SL Pro software dongle has been implemented.

The Rupor II system is designed for contact centers, telecommunications, logistics companies and other organizations and allows for notification of customers and emergency information in emergency situations around the clock.

Rupor II, thanks to the built-in speech synthesis and recognition technologies, alerts subscribers in the format of a familiar telephone conversation. It is also possible to send text messages - SMS or e-mail. The system allows you to simultaneously inform more than 100 subscribers by digital channels connections. This significantly reduces the time spent on notification, which is important in emergency situations or when you have a large subscriber base.

The main advantages of the Rupor II system are a flexible notification scenario, the convenience of generating tasks based on pre-created templates, and round-the-clock work taking into account time zones. The system provides information to subscribers at the allowed time, which makes it possible to carry out notification throughout the country.

    System integration opens up new opportunities for 1C:Enterprise users, providing partial automation of work with counterparties and optimizing the informing and notification process.

Naturally, the key point in the latest technologies is the development of various methods of using human biometric data. This is quite natural, because at the moment biometrics is the best compromise between information security and ease of use. It should be borne in mind that security is not the only area where biometric technologies are used.

Today I will not talk about fingerprint readers or retinal readers. I would like to dwell on an equally interesting and very promising issue - the recognition and synthesis of human speech. More precisely, we will consider a fairly versatile system that can automate a fairly common notification process. Who's notifications? Yes, anyone, it all depends on the specifics of your activity. On this moment, for example, this system is very popular in the financial sector, utilities, telecommunications companies, etc.

System description

Horn - this is the name of the warning system developed by the Center for Speech Technologies (STC). The horn is an expansion board for the PCI slot of a standard PC and, in fact, software to manage this board. There is nothing supernatural, as you can see, but the capabilities of the system are simply amazing. Before starting a story about the possibilities, it is worth noting that there are two types of expansion cards: for 4 and 8 channels - respectively, which is more suitable, given the scale of the enterprise / organization.

Possibilities

I’ll start the story about the capabilities of the Rupor system with the fact that it uses a product based on Text-to-Speech (TTS) speech synthesis technology, which allows you to convert any text messages into speech. This product is called VitalVoice. In order for you to more accurately navigate the capabilities of VitalVoice, I will quote from the site http://speetech.com (Speech Technologies LLC is a partner of the CTR in Belarus):

“VitalVoice fulfills the main requirement of users for speech synthesis systems: it allows you to voice any, even very non-standard texts (SMS, emails, Internet forums, etc.) in such a way that the listener gets the feeling that he hears a natural human voice.

The text can be read in different synthesis voices. Each voice is based on the use of the speaker's speech base with a volume of about 10 hours of speech, marked up at 9 levels, including text transcription, markup for words, syllables, allophones, pauses, word and phrase stress markers, intonation types, non-speech phenomena and other phonetic phenomena.

For correct intonation and determining the place of stress in words, a powerful module for automatic processing of Russian text has been developed, using morphological, syntactic and semantic types of analysis. Thus, the Rupor notification system performs its functions as naturally and imperceptibly as possible for the notified subscriber, which is a rather important factor (who wants to listen to a broken electronic voice).

The notification is made in several ways: via the internal telephone network, via the city / long-distance telephone line, via GSM communication channels (mobile phones, SMS messages). The list of alerts is impressive, isn't it? In fact, you can deliver information anywhere in the country and directly to the subscriber. At the same time, the cost of dialing does not differ from the cost of a regular "human" phone call.

Software

Another plus of the Rupor system is its software. I must say that the developers did their best, as the management and planning program has all the functions that you may need when planning an alert. Priority system among notified subscribers, notification on all phones of a specific subscriber, recording of the subscriber's answer (very useful thing), fixing notifications about delivered SMS, importing notification text from an audio file - this is far from full functionality.

The program has a pleasant interface, the text is well viewed, given the non-standard color scheme of the window (I must say, it adds style). The interface is intuitive, not to mention the fact that it is also in Russian - in general, even users who are not particularly literate in working with a PC will not have problems with scheduling notifications.

An extremely important point for most organizations is that Rupor's software allows you to integrate it with 1C systems (another bold plus for Rupor), any database and ASKP "Complat". The latter, for example, is very useful for utilities and will allow you to set up, say, automatic notification of debts for services.

Conclusion

In total, we have a flexible notification system that allows us to perform almost all tasks. This system will not only save time, but also allow you to notify all the necessary people without unnecessary staff costs. An important point in all this is the possibility of introducing the system into the structure of any organization.

If we talk about my subjective impressions, I can say that I am impressed by the possibilities and ease of use. I did not notice any obvious shortcomings, but it should be understood that when integrating the Rupor, problems may arise caused by subjective factors. Well, that's what tech support is for ;).
