2. Install the program. Connect the printer with a cable USB. Not via Wi-Fi, not via LAN! Supported USB only interface.
Launch the PrintHelp program. In the list of connected printers in the left window, select the printer model in which you want to check and reset the diaper. Click Check processing.
3. To reset the diaper (zeroing) - press the red button Reset diaper . In this case, the computer must be connected to the Internet.
4. After resetting, BE SURE to turn off the printer using the Network button so that the printer “remembers” the reset.
