To facilitate interaction with the site, we have compiled a brief summary of the responses of the carrier - Ukrainian Post:

  • - exit from the postal code... outside Ukraine

    the parcel has left the sending country (Ukraine). Further tracking will be available after import on the receiving country's website.

  • - handed over to the addressee (possessor) especially

    your package has been successfully delivered to the recipient.

  • - is in the process of acquisition

    your departure to this moment passed sorting in one branch of Ukrposhta and was sent further to its destination. We recommend tracking your parcel every 2-3 days - its status will change as it arrives at a new post office.

  • - mailing number... sent... by postal contact... with index... Reason: sent.

    Initially, due to the fault of postal workers, after sorting, the parcel was sent to the wrong department. However, the error has already been noticed and corrected, the parcel has now been redirected to the correct address, and should be delivered soon.

  • - delivery... transferred... by postal letter... not delivered at the moment

    — the parcel has arrived at the delivery location and is available for collection. The recipient can contact the specified office with a passport and ask for the parcel to be issued.

  • - information about the dispatch number... at this hour of the day, because it is not registered in the system

    Several options are possible:

    1. The parcel number was entered incorrectly or with errors. We recommend that you carefully check the entered number and try to track it again.

    2. For parcels sent within Ukraine - your parcel was sent less than 2 days ago. On average, postal items are registered within 2-3 days after dispatch, so we recommend tracking your parcel a little later.

    3. For international parcels traveling to Ukraine - your parcel either has not yet arrived in Ukraine or has not passed customs inspection, so the carrier does not have any data about it. Before importing to Ukraine, we recommend tracking the parcel on the website of the sending country. Upon arrival in the destination country, it will become available for tracking by Ukrposhta.
