Printer Firmware

To make firmware for your device, the following initial data is required:

This data can be obtained by printing two reports on your printer: Configuration Report and Supplies Information (Configuration and Consumables).

From the menu:

2. Preparation for the firmware.

Connect the printer to computer USB cable and install the necessary drivers. The cable should be as short as possible.

Close all programs.

Connect the printer to the power supply and make sure the connection is secure.

3. Firmware order

Select the firmware property yourself: U - without update protection or NU - with update protection. ()

4. Printer Firmware:

Unpack the resulting two archives into a separate folder. The Fix-firmware package includes 5 files:

1. patch (original firmware);
2. 2 firmware files ( First, FIX);
3. bootloader (usbprns2.exe);
4. reedme.txt file;

The procedure for downloading firmware files to the device:

1. Patch (Orig_WC32x5_v3.50.xx.xx.hd) - in forced mode;
