The issue was resolved by sorting through flash versions. I put the 16th - the glitches remained. I put the 15th, 11th - there were still glitches. And that's how I got to the 10th version, with which everything works fine.

The only "BUT". We all know that older versions of Flash Player are full of vulnerabilities and therefore it is up to you whether or not to work with older versions. Just in case, read the right way.
