Description:
Fellcrete Manor is a constructor house that will need to be built from scratch, the same system as in the Hearthfire DLC, but much more expanded. This manor is located near the border in Hammerfell, southwest of Falkreath. The estate contains all the basic functionality that should be present for a comfortable home for the player, with some additional functions and settings. When the estate is fully built, it will have the following...

- Changed lighting. RLO is no longer required to get proper lighting.
- Fixed a bug (hopefully!) where the for sale sign was not appearing for some users.
- Fixed a bug with an overabundance of ore in the mine to avoid conflicts/collision errors with other mods.
- Sanctuaries of Dibella and Stendarr now rotate correctly.
- In the previous version 1.1, by mistake, the author left the Modders Resource Pack folder with the PropertySign°.nif file in the archive, so if you have a Modders Resource Pack folder inside the meshes folder in the game, then delete this entire Modders Resource Pack folder.

- Slow Construction - Building structures takes time, every time you build an object the screen will darken and a certain amount of time will pass. Smaller buildings and furniture will take up about 1-4 hours of play time. Larger buildings and rooms will take about 4-6 hours of game time to build up
- Instant construction - Objects will be created instantly, the construction system will be similar to the standard one from the Hearthfire DLC
- Once you have chosen a building option, use the blueprint for your estate and then use the crafting bench to begin construction. You will need a lot of firewood, stone, clay and other materials. A wooden chopping block, an anvil and smelter, and clay and stone mounds will be next to your workbench
- Once you finish building the base of the house, the "Tower Extension" will become available on the drafting table and the "Basement" will be available on the workbench in the "Miscellaneous" section. A drafting table can also be used to remove interior workbenches once a room has been furnished. After you have finished building the house, you can remove the external construction equipment using a log, next to the front door inside the house
- Make sure you stock up on plenty of iron ingots, as well as corundum ingots, glass and straw. Special furniture such as enchanting table, alchemy table, shrines, etc. will require various materials such as gold, silver and moonstone ingots, gems and amulets of the gods
- If you are using Frostfall mods or need mods like RND or iNeed, it is recommended to bring a tent and/or plenty of food

SETTINGS:

- Insect Jars/Unique Items - These can be crafted in the tower at the workbench. A showcase for unique items will become available after creating an enchantment table. A chest will appear once they are built. Open the chest to find a list of items. If you add any of these items to a chest, they will be displayed on display
- Window Box - Activate the window next to the stairs and you can switch to select the display of flowers and common ivy
- Trophy Room - The Trophy Room can be created in the basement on a workbench in the "Miscellaneous" category. There are three different storefronts that can be created, each with two options. You can create a display case for unique items (masks, claws, or Daedric artifacts) or a regular Hearthfire display case. Please choose wisely before building because it will not be possible to remove the display case once it has been built. *To use custom displays, place appropriate items in a container under the shelf
- Secret room - this room can be created in the basement on a workbench in the "Miscellaneous" category. Activate the painting next to the Shrine of the Gods to open a secret door. There are eight different themes to choose from. If you decide that you want to change the style to the previous one, activate the "Record Book" next to the front door and there will be an option in the book to reset the style. Be sure to remove all items you placed and store in containers in the "Secret Room" before resetting the style. Please keep in mind that you will not receive back any materials you used to create the style.
- Spell "Teleport" - You can make a volume of the spell on an outdoor workbench, using a filled "Great Stone of Souls". You can teleport to the Fellcrete mansion outside. The spell does not work in interiors or in combat
- Bathroom Mirror - Activate the mirror to activate the "Sculptor" option in the menu and change your appearance

SPOUSE/CHILDREN - COMPATIBILITY:

- You have the opportunity to create a desk or a children's bed. If you have already created a desk, it can be replaced with a bed for the child. Make sure to remove all stored items from both desk drawers as the crib cannot be removed once replaced and installed. An optional second baby bed will become available after the first bed is built.
- A child's practice dummy can be created in the basement. This is a requirement for male children, but I'm not 100% sure

Installation:(can be done manually or through NMM manager)
- Download the mod and place the Data folder in the game folder, confirm merging folders and files and activate in the launcher

Let's start with the fact that it is impossible to build a house in the original Skyrim game. To do this, you'll need the Heartfire expansion, purchased through The Elder Scrolls website, the Playstation Store or Xbox Live.

With this addition in hand, talk to the manager in Morthal, Dawnstar or Falkreath to buy land - spend 5,000 gold coins. Before purchasing land, you will have to first complete certain quests in each of the listed cities.

By the way, you can buy land in more than one city - if only you had your money. By following the quest arrow, you will get to your new home, where you will find everything you need for its construction - a carpentry workbench, a drafting table, a chest containing the necessary materials.

It will not be superfluous to read “Instructions for Beginners in House Construction” - you will find this literature on the carpentry workbench; you can use it as a manual during construction.

Then select "Small House" using the drafting table. You can build different parts of your future home without leaving your carpentry workbench. For now, this is just a drawing, so you don’t have to worry about any shortage of materials for now.

Other buildings can be added to the dwelling by selecting "Main Hall" from the drafting table. This way you will increase the size of your home, what used to be a small house will now become just a hallway, and we will be able to further expand the living space. You will need a lot of materials, make sure you have enough of them.

For example, lumber can be obtained from sawmills in Skyrim, including the Falkreath sawmill, Agna sawmill, and Solitude sawmill. Clay can be found right next to your home - look carefully for the red-brown parts of the soil. We extract clay in the same way as other minerals in the game.

Find stones near any estate - they appear as gray pieces; a pickaxe will be useful for mining them.

When the main hall is finished, choose which wing you want to add to your home - this way you can make something special that no one else in the local game world will have.

You can build a storage room, an alchemical laboratory, a greenhouse, a trophy room, a sorcerer’s tower, a kitchen, a library, an arsenal in different wings of the house - be guided by your capabilities and needs to decide what exactly you need and what you don’t.

The interior of your home can be furnished using a carpentry workbench; there are quite a lot of decorations - from iron candlesticks to stuffed animals.

When building a house for yourself in the game Skyrim, it is important to consider a number of points. First of all, you need to have a decent supply of iron - it will be optimal if you have at least 230 units of it at your disposal, or better yet, let it be 300.

When everything is ready in terms of construction, you can hire a servant into the house, invite your spouse, and you can also adopt children.

When building, it is advisable to take one more point into account - do not ignore what kind of character you are playing. A thief will need a garden to prepare poisons, fighters will need an arsenal, and so on.

This tutorial will show you how to create your own house in the Creation Kit. We will create a house in the Riften area.

So, open the Creation Kit and include the Skyrim.esm file. To do this, go to the following tabs File -> Data. To connect Skyrim.esm you just need to check the appropriate checkbox. Click OK. The constructor will start loading and may freeze - this is normal, do not disable it. For all “warnings” that arise, click “cancel”.

After the Designer has loaded, look for a window called “Cell View”. In the “World Space” tab we find Tamriel and select it. Because our house will be next to Riften, find “RiftenCitySouthGateExterior”, load it. An image of the 3D world of Skyrim should appear in the window located above the “Cell View”. Move around the 3D world of Skyrim hold down the mouse wheel and move in the direction you want. Using the mouse wheel (turning the wheel back and forth) we can zoom in and out of the image. If you hold down the "Shift" key, you can rotate the image. I also recommend pressing the “A” key or clicking on the lamp that is located at the top of the screen, this will turn off the shadows, it’s more convenient to work this way. Next we need to choose a location for our home. I chose a place among the trees. (Highlighted with red rectangle).

Next we need to choose the foundation of our house. To do this, expand the World Objects panel in the Object Window, then the Static panel, then the Architecture panel. I want my house to fit into the overall landscape I select the “Riften” tab, you can choose another one. Find RTFarmhouse02 and drag it into the viewing window. So, LMB moves the house, RMB rotates the house. If you press "F" the house (and any other object) will fall to the ground if nothing interferes with it. The "Z, X, Y" keys move the house along the corresponding axes. Using everything I listed above, you can easily place the house in any place you like. Now we need to install the outer door. Go to World Objects -> Door -> Architecture -> RiftenDoor02 and place it in the opening. (there will already be doors there, but new ones need to be installed).

We placed the house in the game, but you can't enter it because... There's nothing inside. We need to create an interior. On the toolbar, select “Wordld” and then Cells.

In the window that opens, in “World Space” select “Interiors”. Right-click anywhere in the list and select “new”. A window will appear in which you need to enter an ID. The player won't actually see it, but it's important to make it unique. I'll enter Diablo1ru. You enter something of your own. After you do this, your new cell will be added to the list. Make sure your cell is selected and then we can change some settings regarding our cell. Do the following:

  • Common Data Tab: Check Can't Travel From Here
  • Lighting: Change Ambient RGB all to 25
  • Interior Data: Select the name you want the player to see (for example, My First House, Dovahkiin's House, etc.)

Leave the rest for now.

Now let's go back to the "Static" menu (Object Window) from where we took the external object of the building. Select it again, right-click, click “Use Info”. We have a list, select: “Tamriel SarethiFarmExterior 27, -18 1”. Another picture appears in the viewing window, bring the camera closer to the building and select the door by double-clicking on it. In the window that appears, click “View Linked Door”

Then place a door like the one we used earlier at the entrance of the building into the wall opening where the door should be. Now we return to our exterior (Cell view -> World Space -> Tamriel -> RiftenCitySouthGateExterior -> find the building). Double click on the external entrance door and select the “Teleport” tab. Check the Teleport box and then select the “Diablo1ru” cell (the same unique ID, you could register your own) from the “Cell” drop-down list. Select "RiftenDoor02" in the reference window and click OK. Now move the yellow teleport marker away from the wall and lower it to the ground (F key). The arrow should NOT point to the door!

Now you can safely connect the plugin to SkyrimLaucher and go admire the house that you created with your own hands. In the next mini-lesson I will tell you how to furnish the interior with your own objects, and not copied ones.

The Hearthfire expansion made it possible to build houses. If you also have a family and children mod, then you can’t do without an estate.

How to build a house in Skyrim? First you need to become a thane, then buy permission for a building or plot from the manager (standing next to the jarl). Upon arrival at the house or clearing, you will see a chest and a machine. The estate also has deposits of clay, stone and ore nearby. Firewood, glass, straw, and antlers can be purchased from the appropriate merchants.

In a city house you can only furnish the rooms, but in an estate you can do everything yourself from scratch. From laying the foundation to adding extensions. Let's look at each property separately.

Whiterun

Here we can get the House of Warm Winds estate. There are two ways, depending on your path through the story. By helping the Earl of Whiterun, we will become happy owners of the land faster than playing as the Stormcloaks.

In the first case (Jarl's quests), you will need to explore Windy Peak and help defeat the dragon. In the second (the rebels' task), we will get the house only after the rebels capture the city.

So, the goal has been achieved. Now building a house. There will be plenty of opportunities for this in Skyrim.

What will we get? For 5000 gold you can buy land. The maximum layout includes the following. The house has a kitchen, living room, dining room, second floor, bedroom. Possible extensions include: a children's room or an alchemist's laboratory.

There is also a cattle pen, a vegetable garden (front garden), a stable, an apiary, a smelter, a grinding machine, and workbenches for weapons and armor.

Still, how to build a house in Skyrim? Let's understand the process.
The foundation is made immediately on the workbench, followed by the rafter frame, roof and doors. You will need iron parts, logs, straw, clay, glass.

In principle, at maximum construction costs an amount equal to approximately 10,000 septims. You can leave a bodyguard, who was assigned to you when you became thane, to look after the house.

Riften

If you are more interested in the question of where to buy a house in Skyrim, and inexpensively, then this is the place for you. Here we get an urban version that does not need to be built. Only the interior and a couple of extensions will be changed. This option is simpler in terms of materials.

How to become the owner of an estate in Riften? By the way, it’s called “Mead Factory” and is located to the right of the gate, next to the shelter.

First, you will need to go for a run and chat with the city residents. Some will need help. After completing these quests, we will receive tasks from the jarl. We'll have to deal with a bunch of smugglers and a gang of bandits. Riften is generally not a very trustworthy town, if you notice.

This could be your second project if you want to learn how to buy houses in Skyrim.

Happiness in the center of crime will cost only 8,000 gold. Redevelopment will require a maximum of 4,300, in addition to furniture and various accessories if desired.

The rooms are as follows: kitchen, bedroom, veranda. Extensions can be a nursery or an altar for enchantment, as well as a laboratory for alchemical experiments.

Solitude

Do you feel like you got rich playing Skyrim? It is unlikely that you will be able to buy a house in Solitude right away. Becoming a resident of the capital will not be easy. Save up septims, gentlemen, here the townspeople are comparing their wallets!

What should be done? To become Thane of Solitude and get your housecarl, you will have to work hard. But the High Spire estate is worth it!

So, we clear the catacombs from the necromantic invasion and the spirit of Potema (a difficult task). It consists of two parts. The second begins with receiving news from the jarl.

This is not Rublyovka, but if you are wondering how to buy houses in Skyrim, it’s worth a look here.

Is the nightmare over? Here you stand - a proud thane of Solitude with a personal housecarl. Are you asking how much a house costs? The area is not very good: on the right is the morgue (Hall of the Dead), on the left is loud music (College of Bards). And in return - 25,000 septims plus 12,000 for interior decoration. Wow prices!
What will we get? Rooms: living room, bedroom, kitchen. Annex: children's room, altar and laboratory. In general, there is no special chic.

Markarth

It was boring in the center of the country and in the capital, and the outcasts were drawn to the Land of Winter. These horned guys will bring more trouble.

So, a city house on the second terrace of the settlement. To get to it, we turn right from the main gate and climb constantly. There's a little problem with this estate. Purchasing it can sometimes be buggy, so it is recommended to buy it as soon as the manager has a replica.

After completing the bulk of the quests, it becomes interesting how to buy houses. In Skyrim, it is possible to own all estates and villas.

The first condition for obtaining the title of Thane is to be at least level 20. Next, we run around on assignments from city residents. Afterwards we destroy all the leaders of the outcasts. And finally, we help the jarl. If the remark about the sale of the estate did not appear, it means that according to the plot there have not yet been peace negotiations on

What will we get? The house costs 8,000, redevelopment - 4,500 septims. Rooms: bedroom, living room, lobby. The extensions are standard.

Windhelm

The estate can be purchased immediately, only if you take the side of the rebels, since it is a stronghold of the Storm Brothers. For helping Ulfric we will get it quickly. If you are with the imperials, the estate will become yours only after the defeat of the Stormcloak.

You won't often ask in a rebel camp how to buy houses. In Skyrim, this place may become the capital in the future, so think about it.

So what should you do? First, as usual, we build up a reputation in the city. Three residents are quite likely to give us excellent feedback and recommendations. After this we will have a chance to buy a house. But! It will be possible to furnish it only after completing the side quest with the capture of the serial killer.

The house itself is in the very top left corner when looking at the map from the city gates. It's called "Hjerim". Costs 12,000, and redevelopment costs 9,000 septims.
What is inside? Rooms: kitchen, bedroom, living room. Before purchasing the latter, you can order “cleaning up crime traces” for 500 coins. Annex: children's room, laboratory, altar and armory.

Only someone with strong nerves and a warm fur coat will be able to buy a house in Windhelm. Skyrim, in general, is a rather cold province.

Falkreath

The land for the estate is located in a picturesque location, on the shore of a lake, in the northwest of the town. Possible bug during construction. Read on to find out how to avoid it.

How to get the title of Thane? To do this, you will first have to run around, carrying out orders from the townspeople, then the jarl and his assistant Nenya will use our services. Having become quite tired, we find out that the site costs 5,000 gold. Almost for free!

What can you do? Rooms: bedroom, lobby, hall, basement. Extensions are divided into parts of the house. Western - enchantment tower or greenhouse. Eastern - armory, library or kitchen. North - laboratory, trophy room or kitchen.
The order of work is as follows. We build everything according to the first project, then everything in the yard. Next, we turn the small house into a lobby and expand. We build all the desired extensions and only then improve them. Otherwise there may be bugs.

Dawnstar

Land is also for sale here. To become a Thane, you will have to complete the same reputation tasks. First the townspeople, then the jarl and his assistant.

The estate is located near On the map they are marked with the landmark “Mzark Tower”. To get there, you need to move south from the city, but not along the road, but straight ahead.

Prices and planning options are the same as in the estate of Thane Falkreath. Building a house in Skyrim is not very diverse.

Morphal

A coastal town, almost an ordinary port. The conditions for obtaining a title are standard. You can make the resulting housecarl a manager.

The land for the estate is located northeast of Morthal and east of the capital. The main landmark is the ruins of the High Gate, look for them on the map.

Site costs, construction and layout options are the same as Dawnstar and Falkreath.

Thus, you learned not only where to buy, but also where to build a house in Skyrim.

Why is it needed? It makes it possible to have children and marry a housecarl, for example Lydia.

In addition, bandits and giants will sometimes attack the estate, and there will be rats in the basement. In the garden you can grow plants, raise livestock (cows) and poultry (chickens). In general, we settle down and start life as a farmer.

Skyrim is perhaps one of the best RPG games in the history of the gaming industry. Stunning gameplay, atmospheric surroundings and a unique world completely absorb gamers of any age, forcing him to complete quest after quest, discover new locations, meet mysterious characters and get his share of conquests. All this and much more can be accomplished during the course of the game, the length of which is literally amazing. So that interest in the project is not lost under the merciless pressure of time, the developers decided to periodically release various modifications designed to improve the gameplay and make it more diverse and wider. The Hearthfire add-on is one of these “candies” that introduces a tasty portion of innovations into the gameplay that expand the possibilities of interactive interaction.

Personal possessions

Where should the process of creating a house in Skyrim, and indeed in real life, begin? That's right, with the purchase of land, because it, in fact, is the most important factor in this process. Where to build a house? In Skyrim, land can be purchased in various parts of the interactive world: in the swamps of Hjaalmark, in the harsh northern lands and in Falkreath, surrounded by dense forests. It would not be superfluous to say that you can purchase several plots at once, thus creating an entire system of personal real estate. To complete the transaction, you need to talk to the manager of the corresponding city, not forgetting to pay him 5,000 gold coins. It is also worth knowing that building a house in Skyrim becomes available after the main character completes certain tasks in the corresponding city.

Roll up our sleeves

Well, now you can begin the construction process itself. Having reached the specified point (displayed on the global map) where you planned to build a new home, you can find all the necessary equipment: a workbench, a drafting table and materials. There you can also find an instruction book describing the general principles of creating a house in Skyrim. On the drawing table you can experiment with the layout of your future home, thereby giving it a unique and appropriate look. Then on the workbench you need to create all the blanks that together form the house. You can also modify your home from the inside, using the same one. So even a novice gamer will figure out how to create a house in Skyrim. However, it can be done better.

Who likes what?

The new addition gives users the opportunity to improve their home by adding various housing objects: be it an alchemy tower, a weapon room or a trophy room. There is always something to choose from here. Gardeners will be able to fully enjoy the most luxurious area, and fishing enthusiasts will be able to fully enjoy the artificial reservoir.

Fun Campaign

To prevent your new home from being too empty and boring, you can fill its rooms with various servants: from guards to bards and coachmen. Naturally, each of them will painstakingly fulfill their duties. Why, you can even adopt children, filling the house with cheerful and joyful children's cries. Thus, the process of creating a house in Skyrim may be accompanied by the settlement of close friends and brothers in arms who will vigilantly guard the property of their best friend.
