How to send goods via Boxberry?

You can view the list of offices through which you can send a parcel. If there is no office for dispatch in your locality, but you are ready to send the goods through a Boxberry office in another locality, then in the delivery details you must indicate the actual city of departure (you can completely copy the address of the selected departments).

If the buyer has chosen delivery of goods using Boxberry (pickup from the branch or delivery by courier), he can pay for it both together with the purchase of the goods (on the website) and after (in the mobile application).

Note, Last name, first name and patronymic in the Delivery details section are used to generate an electronic invoice. It is important to provide this information correctly, as in the passport, which serves to identify a person when sending a parcel.

The seller only needs to send the goods following the instructions:

1. Find the order shipping number

It is assigned immediately after the buyer has paid for Boxberry delivery. To find the shipment number, go to the “My Sales” section, find the desired order there and go to its page.

Also, after paying for delivery on Yule, you will have access to a list of Boxberry branches, where you can view all delivery points and select the most convenient one. Please note that the list is generated in the locality that you specified in the delivery details. It is not possible to change the location after the buyer has paid for the goods.

2. Pack and take the goods to the Boxberry branch

Items must be delivered for delivery within 3 (three) days after payment for delivery.

Boxberry accepts parcels weighing up to 15 kg. The dimensions of your product should be no more than 50cm*80cm*120cm and in total not exceed 250cm.

Packed parcels are accepted for shipment. The strength of the packaging must be designed for transportation by several modes of transport during the delivery process. It is not allowed to tie two boxes into one with tape, tape or rope. The voids in the packaging must be filled. Fragile items must be packed in bubble wrap. The packaging must also bear a fragility mark and/or other handling marks indicating how the item will be handled (if necessary).

To pack the goods better and more securely, you can contact a Boxberry employee for help and additional branded packaging for the parcel. Boxberry provides the following types of packaging:

3. Show the shipment number to the delivery service employee.

The actual shipment number must match the number assigned in the Yula application. Otherwise the transaction will be cancelled.

After the parcel has been sent, its movement can be tracked on Yula. The buyer will be notified when it arrives at its destination.

Within 5 (five) days, the buyer must pick up the goods from the pickup point and sign acceptance documents. If delivery is carried out using a courier, the buyer agrees with the courier on a convenient time for receipt and signs the relevant documents.

Yula receives confirmation from Boxberry that the goods have been issued, after which she pays money to the seller, retaining a 5% commission for the successful completion of the transaction. Usually the money from the sale is received within a few minutes, but sometimes banks process payments up to three (3) days.

If the buyer refuses the item, Boxberry will return it to the branch from which the item was sent, after which the seller will be able to pick it up. The seller does not pay return shipping costs.

Delivery to the point of issue.
This is an inexpensive and convenient way to receive your purchases. Choose a Boxberry branch located near your home or office and pick up your order on your way to work, home, or during your lunch break. All pick-up points are easy to find thanks to bright signs. They are easy to reach: there are major transport interchanges nearby. You can receive your items at a Boxberry pick-up point in just a few minutes: there are no queues and no additional paperwork required. Express delivery.
This is a comfortable way to receive shipments in person. When ordering courier delivery, you will receive an SMS notification that the cargo has arrived in the city. After this, a Boxberry employee will contact you to agree on a delivery date and time. Delivery is made on working days. You can choose one of three time periods: from 10-00 to 14-00, from 14-00 to 18-00, from 10-00 to 18-00. The courier will additionally call you 30-60 minutes before arrival.

Important information:

1. Boxberry works with both individuals and legal entities.
2. The maximum amount of one order is 300,000 rubles.
